The Erasmus+ programme enables student mobility for exchanges in programme countries, as well as forging alliances with other European centres in order to carry out educational actions at an international level.
Our school has received an Erasmus+ accreditation (K120) for the period 2022–2027 (code: 2022-1-ES01-KA120-SCH-000107395).
At the beginning of the 2026–27 academic year, the projects linked to the accreditation have funded the mobilities of 106 people from the educational community: 89 students in group exchanges (28 of whom are participants with fewer opportunities), 13 students in short-term individual mobilities, and 4 teachers on training courses.
The accreditation began to be implemented with the project focused on sustainability, TV Channel (2023-1-ES01-KA121-SCH-000135397), with the centres Adolf Schmitthenner Gymnasium of Neckarbischofsheim, Germany, and Verkemenntaskóli Austurlands of Nekaupstadur, Iceland. Four individual student mobilities were also carried out to these same institutes, and we hosted a student from Neckarbischofsheim and another student from Lycée Jean Moulin, in Lagon, France.
The theme of sustainability has been the axis on which the different projects have been founded. A sustainability understood here from a temporal perspective, of uses of time. Assuming, as is now more than clear, that human activities are the dominant drivers of change on Earth, knowing which activities and how long we invest in them should help us to better quantify this impact and begin to reverse it (also very urgently).
In 2024 we began another project (2024-1-ES01-KA121-SCH-000218898). On the one hand, we initiated a collaboration with the school ITE Economico “Guido Piovene” of Vicenza (Italy), around the idea of Sustainable tourism. On the other hand, another project too, in this case around the different dimensions of the concept of Time, with the centres Gymnázium Antona Bernoláka and 2IIS A-Ruiz, from Namestovo (Slovakia) and Augusta (Sicily, Italy), respectively. Finally, with Europaschule Rövershagen of Rövershagen (Germany) work was carried out around the idea of a Slow travel challenge. During this K121, two additional individual student mobilities were carried out to the high-school 5ο Λύκειο Ιωαννίνων, Greece, and two students from the centre Auguste-Pattberg Gymnasium of Mosbach, Germany, were hosted.
In 2025 (2025-1-ES01-KA121-SCH-000323799) we started our close collaboration with the centre Bryne vidaregåande skule, in the Norwegian city of Bryne. In this project the relationship with the aforementioned Auguste-Pattberg Gymnasium of Mosbach has also been strengthened, from which 8 students have been hosted on individual mobilities throughout the 25–26 academic year and the same number of students have been sent at different times during the year. In addition, teacher training courses have been activated: two in Porto (Portugal), one in Dublín (Ireland), and one in Atenes (Greece).
For the 2026–27 academic year, work is already underway on the project Exposing the exposome with the centres Bryne vidaregåande skule of Bryne and Auguste-Pattberg Gymnasium of Mosbach.
